The mindset of an entrepreneur

The mindset of an entrepreneur
My bet is that if you ask anyone on the street to describe the term "entrepreneur," they will tell you that it is someone who starts a business. If you ask them to describe some characteristics of an entrepreneur, they will throw out terms like "visionary," "leader," and, possibly, "hero;" they will describe an entrepreneur as a risk-taker, aggress...

How to be a successful entrepreneur

How to be a successful entrepreneur

What is entrepreneur?

Someone who exercises initiative by organizing a venture to take benefit of an opportunity and, as the decision maker, decides what, how, and how much of a good or service will be produced.

An entrepreneur supplies risk capital as a risk taker, and monitors and controls the business activities. The entrepreneur is usually a sole proprietor, a partner, or the one who owns the majority of shares in an incorporated venture.

According to economist Joseph Alois Schumpeter (1883-1950), entrepreneurs are not necessarily motivated by profit but regard it as a standard for measuring achievement or success.

Starting up a successful online blog: Basic things you need to know

Starting up a successful online blog: Basic things you need to know

Who is a blogger?

Before I start, let’s look at the etymology of that word "blog" and who actually a blogger is.

Blog, a word derived from "webloging", is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries ("posts"). Posts are typically displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent post appears first, at the top of the web page. Until 2009, blogs were usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often covered a single subject or topic. In the 2010s, "multi-author blogs" (MABs) have developed, with posts written by large numbers of authors and sometimes professionally edited. MABs from newspapers, other media outlets, universities, think tanks, advocacy groups, and similar institutions account for an increasing quantity of blog traffic. The rise of Twitter and other "microblogging" systems helps integrate MABs and single-author blogs into the news media. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog. With the above sentence, you don't need to be told that a "blogger" is one who actually writes a blog.
